We are prioritizing businesses that require heavy capital expenditures and intend to leverage our financing structure in order to produce the potential for accelerated earnings.

This is most likely the reason why Viola has not filed an S-1 yet. At the moment, Payless Truckers, Inc. does not require a share exchange agreement due to the company’s business structure.

Actually, Northshore Wholesale has been in business since 1999. The only thing that my company has in common with ATG or Freedom Of whatever name they choose to go by is that we are located in the same vacinity and I have the last name of the previous owner.
I am not the same nor do I do business the same. I broke away from there because I did not agree with the way they did business. Therefore, I opened up a different business to run the way it should be ran. We do have paperwork on the trucks and are happy to give them to you.
I honestly dont remember anyone coming here during that time from OK so it makes me believe that someone is just trying to tarnish my name.

From what I understand, Amanda was involved with Freedom Trucks (formerly known as American Truck Group), but later resigned and formed her own company, which is referenced here as Payless North Shore Wholesale. That’s how Viola was able to get involved without an acquisition.

Payless Truckers, is a deal that could achieve our projection numbers for up-listing with rather limited capital and is being launched instead of paying big multiples for an acquisition.
