What? Struggling companies need every bit of cash they can get. They have salaries to pay and daily operations to run. The stock market isn’t the priority. Their shareholders are priority, which means that allocating cash to continue the operations or stimulate growth of the company is much more important to shareholders than any quick rip in the share price...
