it should of been over 10 years ago after the defendants stole the IP and profited billions from having it and sharing it like a used napkin. the beginning has just started with a trial date announcement soon and sharing of evidence finally. time to just let the lawsuit play out. if the defendants had a strong case they would push for a speedy trial and share evidence quickly, but they seem to be doing the opposite which shows weakness on there part. the next few months of the new year will be telling as to what the future will bring.
