Appears to me that they still haven't paid their new auditors to post their late quarterly reports. Now the NEW (2018) Annual report will be due in 90 days. Leaves them TWO 10Ks waiting to be viewed!

Time maybe for the SEC to open up their demands for overdue reports!

The departure of our CAO left #Momentous with no choice but to file its 2017 Year End 10K and March 31 10Q late. We are working to get it done as rapidly as possible. Once these reports have been filed, management will look at future safeguards to insure this situation does not occur again. We appreciate investors’ patience concerning this situation.
