Anyone know how many shares out for sure? We get rumours here of 2 billion plus. On the company's website, however, we get the following information from the Consolidated Financial Report, Dec 31, 2005

- Preferred stock; 10,000,000 shares authorized at $0.001 par value, 10,000,000 shares issued and outstanding10,000 10,000

- Common stock; 1,200,000,000 shares authorized, at $0.001 par value, 1,011,670,875 and 706,170,875 shares issued and outstanding, respectively 1,011,670

Additional paid-in capital $28,856,759

Unless there was a slight "oversight" they go on in the next line to state that there are only 1,011,670 out which, minus an additional 3 zeroes, mirrors the billion figure precisely.

Any clarification would be appreciated. It's hard to move a 2 billion plus share stock.
