True .... but it doesn't happen alot here because there is no reason for it to happen.

Pretty clear the direction the company has been going ..... excepting a couple spikes here and there ...... its been downhill for a LOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG time.

I told people mgmt wasn't getting the job done and/or it was questionable whether there really was demand for SPIN services long time ago. But ...... people didn't want to listen.

I also wonder what is happening with the BoD member Dalrymple. He lent the company money several years ago. He is also the sugar daddy on the Wells Fargo LOC. The Wells line droppped from $2 million to $1.75 million when renewed in 2017. SPIN has the original loan nearly paid off .... remaining balance was $90K at end of F3Q. His loan is secured by $3 million in SPIN receivables .... which is no longer really necessary ..... and SPIN should probably just pay off the loan from the LOC .... net 1.5% interest savings for a couple months. Every bit of cash flow helps. I wonder if he cannot re up a new offer to SPIN ... say a $500-600K LOC of his own (with 100% interest in the cases funded as collateral) ... so they can open 2 new affiliates ..... if there are even 2 interested parties desiring to be affiliates. Haven't closely read the Wells documents to see whether he might be restricted from doing so ..... I wouldn't think so since he is the guarantor .... as long as he isn't double dipping same assets. =) 8% interest .... 500,000 shares and option to purchase another 500,000 shares at .15 to provide LOC of up to $600K as needed ..... term 24 months. SPIN opens 2 new affiliates by April ..... by EOY 2019 one might anticipate enough cash flow being generated to begin organic growth adding more new affiliates in 2020 and beyond.
