Thanks Brother Eli, I called Fidelity and they are funneling it through the channels to get the ban lifted, but they didn't have an ETC as to when (due to current high customer service demand coupled with holiday schedules), but the request is in. Volume could be low from retail side due to this and platforms not allowing buying yet, I know I would have added if I could have earlier.
