There is no confirmation stated anywhere in that sentence. More like a clueless CEO who doesnt know what's going on.

He thought they were already listed on the Nasdaq, then said SEC approved already when no audited financials have been filed and then said only weeks away from Nasdaq when it takes a minimum of 6 months and then said the holidays got in the way like it was a surprise holiday lol.
