hope they realize that they absolutely have to make a deal or they will be bought out cheap

I suspect that Pluristem management is aware of ALL the contingencies, including a hostile bid. It's the nature of the beast, and small biotechs deal with it. I also think that any takeover bid by big bad wolf BP X will be contested by BP Y and Z... etc. If PSTI is of great value to one BP, then it's as valuable to other companies with lots of money, in other words, we're talking about a bidding war!

I could see PSTI getting too greedy and asking for too much

What is a fair price for PSTI today, given the massive income they will generate IFF they succeed in the clinic? Small companies like KITE were bought out for 11 billion plus, for CAR-T therapy, very exciting technology, but not even close to the versatility (broad applicability, many indications) of Pluristem's MSCs, much cheaper to produce (CAR-T cannot be mass produced, MSCs can!!)... so.. if Gilead pays that kind of money for CAR-T, what do you think PSTI is worth, today??

Maybe our best bet is to hang on, get a few partnerships, and watch the company grow.
