My experience in an OR is irrelevant.

Your beef is with the makers of the doc and for NetFlix for airing it. It doesn't blame any specific doctors, or their training, for the trouble, but they did specifically mention and blame ISRG and its platform.

And since that's a documentary that I'm sure has been vetted by people more knowledgeable than I, and since you're an anonymous poster, I'll go with the doc.
