Put it this way, as of Dec 31, 2017 the company had 569M shares outstanding and reported revs of 14.5M for the year and traded at .06.
Fast forward to Dec 31, 2018 the company has less shares outstanding, 18.5M in revs through Q3, and somehow the stock price has fallen back to 1 year lows.
