I find that PR interesting. However, it mentions that they have enough cash to make it 3 years. Well, 3 years is up. Their current O/S is around 110M which is not high enough IMO to justify a R/S. However, they may do an R/S to push the PPS up over $1 in order to prevent being delisted. An R/S (no matter the reason) would not be a good thing for us! Without positive news the inflated PPS will quickly fall back under its own weight.
