Might cover at 12-15 area, theres no sign of any steel recovery at all, people are scared, goverment an trump wont admit we are as close as it gets to a depression, this recession is escalating every day, nobody wants to be in steel stocks or any major bluechip stock. People have lost half their retirement in 3 months!
