dbl_dip, Tilray and Aurora WILL invest $500K+ and build an OPERATIONAL facility WITH workers (and building, and security, and equipment, etc.), ZERO PROBLEM there?

Why do you say TXTM WON'T?

Is it EXACTLY because TXTM is NOT a serious enough and commited enough player?

In other words, is it EXACTLY because TXTM is NOT able to show SA Gov't more than an EMPTY SHELL company?
