(OTC PINK: AGHI) (the “Company”) today announced that further to our press announcement of December 3, 2018, its 51% owned subsidiary, eSilkroad Network Limited (“ESRL”), has completed the first round of landing page prototype testing with Kitsoft of Ukraine, and is moving to conclude second stage testing of a series of revised prototype pages which commenced mid-December, 2018.
