not for alex rodriquez; you are correct. no money came out of his pocket. all the money to buy Enertrade came from the pockets of shareholders. then he paid to unload the purchase with shareholder money. not just a "1 stick it to the shareholders, but, a 2 stick it to the shareholders". actually alex rodriquez has never been on the hook for anything with zngy. oh; remember the NAUP deal? zngy :)
