found interesting; American Green sold the town of Nipton, California to CannAwake Corporation (CANX:OTCQB) in April this past year and received more than 82% of CannAwake outstanding shares in the process. The Company plans to distribute a sizeable portion of those shares to its qualifying shareholders early in 2019 as a dividend.. The company has hired the national law firm of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. to coordinate these actions with regulators and implement them as soon as possible.
