Was that what Geithner did? In almost two years, is that what Mnuchin has executed?

Under Mnuchin, UST has signaled favor for Moelis (Phillips) under Paulson's direction and selected Joseph Otting as Mel Watt's immediate replacement.

This is starting to look more like the IndyMac shuffle than some attempt to preserve public confidence in the purity of government's motives to "do the right thing".
