We've never seen VNDM on the Ask an/or the Bid without diluting. So this is extremely rare and very perplexing, to say the least.

Once the REIT is merged into our holding company and it will in 2019, this stock will make both tremendous short-term and long-term gains along with a very nice dividend to add icing to the cake!

We are speculating that this will uplist to the NYSE later in 2019.
