Other than OM and possibly UP, there's not much value remaining. Also, phase 3 OM/UP trial costs? 100 million for "basically" the rights to B is not a far stretch. Another 75 to 100 million would be needed to advance OM/UP the correct way. 50 cents (100 million) is a fair enough offer... P failure crushed any hopes of seeing a buyout of 500 million plus.
