Its interesting how the CBD issue with the FDA is just making news after the farm bill was passed. Nobody knew of this issue prior? I believe that is just more market manipulation. CBD will be allowed, but like all forms of herbal remedies, they won't be allowed to place any medical claims on the product. Things like Ginger root, Ginseng, and Ginkgo Biloba aren't allowed to advertise that it treats any medical condition, but it is still legal to sell.
