The GCM's have a margin of error of roughly 10% accuracy compared to a traditional meter. Right now I don't know if my glucose level is 150 or 350. Without a GCM I would have to continuously stick my finger (ouch!) to know what my level is at that moment. With a GCM I would always pretty much know what my glucose level is and avoid fingersticks. More importantly, I would know how certain foods, illness and stress affect my sugar levels in almost real time.

That being said, my Dexcom G6 finally arrived about an hour ago. I'll be injecting myself for the first time with this clumsy looking inserter and will probably have problems sleeping with this on. I have to leave it on for 10 days.

I can't wait to dump this in favor of a sugarBEAT and I imagine millions of others will feel the same.
