Merger doomed??? Read the last line in the Forbes article from yesterday--

"The law.. also stipulates that “any foreign investment of more than 5% in an Israeli cannabis company will require regulatory approval.”

Josh can't even post overdue quarterlies... not even a "notice of late filing" as that would commit him to a deadline he'd likely blow as well. The YIELD warning has been up for 7-8 months now. STOP could make a return.

Could BLDV earn regulatory approval by the Israeli government? Highly unlikely IMHO.
