Toron is acquiring all of this and as of Dec 21, InMed Group Services, LLC submitted the documents to dissolve as of Dec 31, 2018. The 21 was the date that the letter from InMed used as the guesstimate for the transition of power from InMed to Toron.
It is very common in Mergers and Acquisitions for certain business units to be dissolved. Timeline makes perfect sense and this is from InMeds side which is what many investors have been begging for. Straight from the Alabama website!
