SRMX...0005...News...SRMX Concludes Debt Restructuring, Satisfies Obligations
Newport Beach, CA - December 27, 2018 – Saddle Ranch Media, Inc (OTC Markets: SRMX) has
successfully concluded its previously announced 3(a)10 debt restructuring arrangement with
Northbridge Financial, Inc. As a result, the Company’s prior obligations to product development
contractors and manufacturers, totaling approximately $1.7 million, have been satisfied. No other
3(a)10 arrangements are foreseen.
