The last time I made big-bank on mining stocks was back in early 2016 ... when I correctly pre-calculated the top in the Dollar, and loaded up on Senior Miner Options; AUY, KGC, CDE, and a few others ... made a killing over a few months period....



But the past couple years, it's been tough making money on miners ... the Gold/Silver stocks as a group only tend to do really well when the larger stock market is in crisis mode & Fed policy is forced to capitulate to the markets.

So right now, I don't see anything overly actionable in the mining space ... however, I did recently see a trips Gold stock (SGCP) make a move - it might be worth putting on the radar as it's rumored to possibly have a tie-in with industrial Hemp - something possibly to do with Hemp Bio-Diesel or using industrial Hemp to offset Carbon Credits ... and as we are seeing lately, the hemp catalyst could be turning into a powerful catalyst ...



I know some other people in Canada in the mining space who have recently been exploring the idea of growing industrial Hemp to make their own Bio-Diesel to run heavy-equipment ... Diesel fuel is a major expense in mining, and it looks like it might be very feasible to grow industrial Hemp & make it into Bio-Diesel when done at scale.
