You have to ask yourself what has changed that now makes the outlook of the company better, exactly NOTHING!
Assuming this is a legit business (which it is a big assumption). We have:
1. An always declining business, plagued with headwinds
2. An incompetent CEO that has made every possible mistake and more. Even if you wanted to, it would be difficult to replicate his level of incompetence
3. A company that can't service its debts
4. Deficient communication (to say the least) and shareholder abuse
I've been a long investor (sold my principal at $15) so I haven't had big losses. But without a new CEO that can restore confidence - which it was already low during the good times -, and with the A-shares still lingering I doubt we'll see institutional investing that would help this company go up.
