RMHB has nothing that will pull it out of trouble. On going Lawsuits, more being filed against Welch and Seebuger in New York. Millions in debt. Doesn’t own the name Rocky Mountain High, No goodwill and has never made a profit since it was started. Present or past managment has no knowledge or exsprence how to manage any thing other than issue free share to family’s members. Borrow money and dilute SP to pay salaries.
