Question.
I don't know how long getting a loan takes but passing underwriting supposedly happened in Oct. The 10Q is for end of Oct.

Still possible that underwriting did actually pass and even though PGUS may be in talks w/ other firms from end of Oct. With one at least, underwriting could be done?

And just another thought... Pepper sales, everyone already knew that PGUS wasn't gonna get much anyways. Not that surprised there.
