FACTS: SEC has continuing investigation going on with respect to ALL scams run by Mike Irving and Barry Hall. Hall has flipped (to protect his own rear end) on some of the activities he got involved with in UBIA where he was the CFO who caused the fraud at Mike Irvings direction. This scam ROTH also shares office space with this UBIA scam--in the infamous scam mill in Las Vegas. from the article
