Too many people bought into the 2 runs that were stopped in their tracks because of delayed financials. Many wound up being bagholders. I doubt the price will go up all that much UNTIL the AFs are released...then there will be a rush on the stock. If the AF's are delayed again, the stock won't stay above .10...That would be 3 strikes
