If you look at the stock from 2016 to 2018, it went up 25x fairly smoothly on low volume. High volume, not low volume, in 2018 resulted in ridiculous manipulation. I would not dare buy now. Likely going to 0.03 or lower due to more manipulation, regardless of what the company is doing.
