Reality has set in. The Seeking Alpha article of Dec. 23, 2018 clearly says it:

The company is using a large amount of stock to pay expenses, which is increasing the share count dramatically.

As of December 22, 2018, using 20.978 billion shares at $0.038, the total market capitalization should be equal to $797 million.

It trades at 403x sales with competitors trading at 9x-209x sales.

We are only interested in the facts, and well, there they are.
