One posted they were delinquent in TX, and they were. That poster was said to be wrong.

One posted they were no Preferred B’s Issues to Tony as of 12/31/17 based on APRU’s own filings. The poster was said to be wrong. The justification was Tony was owed those shares for years based on an “alleged” employment contract never seen by the public.
