I'm well versed in cup and handle.

I just never have seen anyone charting penny stocks. I wouldn't rely on the chart because pennies are so volatile. Its not like an established company. Same goes for figuring book value. With a stock like this, the typical math isn't sufficient. Neither is moving averages.

Only way this is going up is on news. It will never complete your cup and handle without positive news.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
