I fully agree. But I think that with Robert Stevens's successful history in these kinds of situations people will jump on it once the SOS is updated and show his name in June. So I took a starter and am hoping to eventually get filled on the bid or in between. But I doubt this will happen since the chart is already at a historical low.

I'm happy I found this before otcre picks it up.
