The float was locked for months before the LOI and S1 hoax,and caused a selloff,I did say it was IMO about Bland hoarding shares,and he had a ton of them prior to it. Only point if we go on a run,he may have close to buying a Rig,once he sees a reasonable PPS to do it,without 10Sion,it is obvious he wants to stay involved,but in a different capacity.I am looking for something,that will spark the run,.then we will all know
