fojcol, here's why DKSC is important...

Respectfully, you're mixing apples and oranges and not seeing that both are still fruit in my opinion. Hop2it owns a majority of Whitechapel. It's not important for Whitechapel to own any of Hop2it because Hop2it is not what's going to be the public vehicle to position and graduate their operations to the next few levels. Whitechapel is going to be the public vehicle... through DKSC.

Since Hop2it basically owns Whitechapel and provides the finances for the operations as stated within that particular website, Hop2it can steer the ship from afar and put operations per operations to vend-in into DKSC through Whitechapel as the medium entity. I fully see and understand what they are doing and I think these guys are very smart. They are setting DKSC up to be a powerhouse as the "hub" for what everything will likely be going into starting with what they PR-ed below:
