According to CEO Steve Smith the 8k filing dated 12/14/18 on EDGAR was fake. Pretty crazy that there were two fake websites for EEGI and a fake 8k filing also. Seems someone is working to undermine CEO Steve Smith.

CEO Steve Smith has done much work to clean up EEGI and bring it to OTCM Pink Current status.
