They need to create the US Subsidiary. Get necessary licensing and to import wines infused with CBD oil. It is not that easy task. Market approvals? All we have is some tweets. What is concerning to me is there is no website and there is only one officer in US (CEO, CFO and everything). So far no sales plan. We do not know who is this legal counsel they keep tweeting. No stock transfer agent. No office address in Texas. Pretty pathetic....
