Well, this SEC action may be a blessing in disguise for us investors. This insistence buy some here that the company is going to be shut down, in my opinion it’s too far-fetched.

This company is not a scam, they have real products and real potential. However, the CEO at best is incompetent and at worst a shyster. Either way, I don’t see anywhere in the SEC complaint where they are asking for the company to be shut down, they merely want to punish a couple of individuals, remove Rik and have them pay a penalty.

If they succeed, Rik is not going to just shut down the company and lose all his work, he will step aside and bring in another CEO.

What’s wrong with that? We should rejoice!
