Please note these filings have not been filed on OTC Markets yet so really could hit there any time.

The important thing to note IS that ALL the filings to bring the company up to date are already done DONE!

If you want to check this for yourself, go to the Wyoming SoS website link above and click "History" then they all download already.

Some Of the Companies the CEO Robert Stevens has been Involved with:

BU*KH Ran 60 cents to more than $20.00!

CEO took SU*RG from 04 cents to $1.29 last year.

Robert Stevens is CEO of Venture Capital company Somerset Capital which he founded himself. He has taken more than 20 companies public via the exact same method he is using with SGCP at the moment.

Read the Company blog and what they say about others who go for custodianship of other companies:

As I stated earlier, the CEO is a repeat offender he keeps reverse merging companies into shells and running the share price up to Dollars.

The most important thing to remember is he cleans up the shells and often reduces the Outstanding Share count substantially.

If you look at how easily the share price of SGCP moves it clearly moves like the float is about half the size of the published number.

That suggests to me that the float is actually smaller than the published number on OTC Markets.

The CEO has recently retired 1m outstanding shares and created 1m preferred shares instead.

You only do that to make sure that you, or whoever you assign the shares to can keep control of the company in case someone tries to come in and buy up a majority of the outstanding shares and take hold of the company!

Do your own DD Folks but I'm very happy to be here.
