So they are going to appeal means they will get until Feb 21st to convince Nasdaq to continue listing hmny, to me they have a plan to bring this above $1 by then either by reverse split or something big like m&a with big media co
Lets see what they do next
They know reverse split wont be approved by shareholders, they tried twice before
So I have a feeling they working on something big behind the scene
