Thanks. I have looked at that. I may have missed that boat, and it is sort of vague for the price.

And too late to do anything about TEAH, as I am locked in. I am just hoping that debt doesn't fall on us.

I was under the impression that Lazar was only selling clean shells. HE is paid in shares, one would think he would play fair....but I am learning the hard way, I suppose.
