New rule: all OTC stocks after .005pps trade on increments of .0005 instead of .0001, so even if the bid is at .0052 the L2's will show .005 and if the ask is at .0054 L2's will show .0055.
People who want to sell please stop selling between the .0005 increments. For example: place your order at .0055 instead of .0053
