a. Check OTC and filings if current

b. Look at Financials are they producing revenue
--
c. Is the Shell for a Mining company, Boat Company ,
Resorts , you can go on and on ... but most have
or are being re-invented as " GETTING INTO THE CNB
BUSINESS" in some format.

d. So is everybody else.. have a difficult time believing
that someone can go from a shell to CNB , with all the regulations,
Trace-Ability Formats, Network that has to be in place and so forth.
