So now what happens?

emb3Ded was JRs company which he merged into MedGen for shares. I wonder if there is something in the contract for that which allows him to return the shares and regain control of it. If so that's gone and even if not what is it without the right person leading it.

THORBIOM3DICAL was said to be "Launching Soon" so it doesn't even exist yet as far as we know.

The patent that was hyped belongs to the inventor and the university, with the government holding some rights over it. That is not an asset of MDIN.

So basically they have nothing until someone else takes over the shell and starts again.
