Seems to me the key word here is Benificiary as in Paypro has given Paypro Latin America 2 bil shares to sell. Seems like Paypro Latin America will soon have 80mil dollars to play with?

PayPro Latin America, S.A. becomes the beneficiary of the Fundacion PayPro Panama by acquiring 2 billion restricted and Offshore shares through PDR's @ $0.04.
