As a day trader I gotta say sounds like you all don't grasp what's happening here with TRBO...
For starters how about real companies versus not real companies 101 -
Anyone with brains knows there are 2 types of companies on the OTC - those companies that are fully reporting every event and alternative reporting companies that report only what they want to report. And by the way has anyone noticed TRBO for the last quarter is only posting news on the OCT Markets site? Based on these posts clearly no one is keeping tabs on that...
I may be wrong but I believe the reason TRBO did the reverse of shares - which means all of us own the same value just less shares - is because I suspect there are bigger things brewing here - and it wouldn't surprise me one bit that the company in the not too distant future announces pursuing a fully reporting status.
With respect to the GP Brands Acquisition that owns the Goin' Postal stores, did everyone miss that the acquisition of GP changed to an asset purchase? That tells me there were contingent liabilities known and unknown which is what Warren Buffett does - sets up funds to cover liabilities for companies he buys while in escrow.
It doesn't take rocket science when the stock is $0.0003 why would any funder jump in the mix - no funders I know - institutional or otherwise would fund any company unless the stock is way above $0.01. How about that for starters for a reverse resulting in the stock about $0.30 per share.
And as a successful day trader, there are companies that makes sense to just hold your stake, watch and listen so you can connect the dots to get a bigger picture. As far as what I'm hearing here, there are no real opportunities for stupidity, or anyone that wants to make a fast buck.
And for those that short the stock, why don't you move to bitcoins or MMJ stocks.
One last thing, anyone that slams any company in the real world that's beyond slander, it's called unconscionable business an actionable offense. Look it up.
