It's not a shell according to otcmarkets.com website under the company profile. Transfer agent verified 12/14/2018. Something may be happening? With properties worth over 1.2 million it's hard to believe Asif would just let it roll over and die, but it seems to me, he'd have been better off keeping the "train" on the tracks than to let it derail and then try to clean up the mess. IMO.
